Do you require a deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit.

Is there a cancelation fee?
No cancellation fees.

Is there a minimum rental amount?
Yes, minimum rental amount is $150.00.

Do prices include set up and delivery?
We offer free delivery for the first 15 miles. Set up and take down are always free. Areas farther away are subject to delivery charges.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if weather conditions are unfavorable to ride operation. You will not be charged in this event.

How long is my rental for?
We rent by the day. We will communicate with you at least 24 hours prior to your event once we have determined a schedule for the day.

Do I have to rent a generator?
Generators are only needed if your location does not have an adequate power supply or if you are renting more than one inflatable. Please note the number of blowers needed for your chosen inflatable.
Can I have my inflatable indoors?
Please check with your venue to see if they allow inflatables indoors and verify dimensions for adequate space and access to a power source.
